When it comes to senior care, we believe that aging should come with wisdom, dignity — and peace of mind about healthcare costs while also enhancing the quality of life. Yet for many Americans 65 and older, the cost of health insurance can feel more like a burden than a benefit.

Enter: Impact Health Sharing for Seniors
A modern, community-based approach to healthcare that’s affordable, ethical, and built around real people — like you.

What are the essential services included in senior care?

Essential services in senior community care typically include assistance with daily living activities, personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and personal hygiene. Additionally, many senior community care programs offer companionship, transportation to appointments, and access to social activities, ensuring a holistic approach that respects both budget and individual values.

What Is Impact Health Sharing?

Impact Health Sharing is not insurance — it’s a healthcare sharing ministry where members help share each other’s medical expenses. Think of it as a community of care, where generosity meets practicality. Seniors across the country are turning to Impact for a smarter way to handle senior care without sacrificing quality or breaking the bank.

Why Seniors Are Rethinking Their Healthcare Options

For many retirees and those nearing retirement age, insurance options can feel overwhelming:

  • High monthly premiums

  • Confusing networks and limitations

  • Fear of being stuck in the wrong plan

What’s the Next Step?

If you're looking for affordable senior care that aligns with your values and your budget, Impact Health Sharing might be the perfect fit.

Special considerations: All medical bills (including prescriptions) should first be submitted to Medicare. Medicare will send you a Medicare Summary Notice (MSN) or Explanation of Benefits (EOB). The EOB is a notice that you are sent in the mail every 3 months.

If you sign up for an electronic notice, you will get it monthly. You will want to do that and get them monthly to submit for more timely processing.

Is Impact a Medigap Plan?

No — Impact Health Sharing is not a Medigap supplement.

Here’s why:

Medigap plans are insurance products designed to cover the 20% that Medicare doesn’t.

These are regulated by state and federal government and sold by private insurance companies. Impact is not insurance — it’s a health care sharing ministry, which means we operate outside of traditional insurance structures.

Our Senior Program does provide an affordable, values-based way to share in medical expenses — but it is not classified as a Medigap or Medicare Supplement plan.

Since Impact is not insurance, members are required to submit their Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) for eligible medical needs in order for bills to be shared.

Final Word

Aging shouldn't mean sacrificing quality healthcare — and with Healthcare Sharing, it doesn't have to. Whether you’re newly retired, already on Medicare, or navigating your options, there's a better way to do senior care.

Join the movement. Choose freedom. Choose community.
