Introducing the Wellness Concierge
Our complimentary Wellness Concierge service removes any confusion about billing by working directly with your provider before your annual wellness appointment.
You make the appointment, we coordinate payment on your behalf, and make sure everything is set—so your annual visit is simple, seamless, and stress-free.
This optional service is for members who want extra support with the payment arrangements for their annual wellness visit. Five business days notice is required to utilize the service.

Additional Notes for Members Enrolled in the Senior Program:
The Concierge service is not available to members participating in the Senior Program, as Impact shares secondary to Medicare once the Primary Responsibility Amount (PRA)has been met.
That said, we’re always glad to help providers understand how sharing works or assist with setting up your provider file. Just reach out to Member Services if you'd like support.
