Impact offers a preferred lab partner as an optional resource to help members access pre-bundled, eligible wellness labs at discounted pricing—making it easier to stay within the $150 lab credit.
Do I have to use the lab partner?
No. The lab partner is not required. You are free to use any provider or lab. This option simply helps:
- Simplify the ordering process
- Ensure your labs fall within the $150 allowance
- Reduce the risk of paying out of pocket
Who can use the lab partner?
- Available to members 18 years and older
- Not available in AZ, HI, NJ, NY, or RI
How do I access it?
- Use the Impact-specific link to order your labs
(This is not located in the Member Center) - Choose the Impact Member Wellness Bundle
- Complete your order and bring the form to a participating lab
- Inform lab personnel that the tests are prepaid
