Is using the Wellness Concierge required?
No, the Wellness Concierge is optional. It’s available to help you coordinate billing and payment in advance for your annual wellness visit.
You don’t need to use the Concierge if:
- Your provider already bills Impact directly
- You prefer to handle everything yourself
You may want to use the Concierge if:
- It’s your first time using your Impact membership
- You’re unsure whether your provider will bill Impact
- You want to confirm billing before your visit to avoid surprises
To use the Concierge, submit the Wellness Concierge Request Form at least 5 business days before your annual wellness appointment.
Additional Notes for Members Enrolled in the Senior Program:
The Concierge service is not available to members participating in the Senior Program, as Impact shares secondary to Medicare once the Primary Responsibility Amount (PRA) has been met.
