Ryan & Megan Williams: Impact Health Sharing Handled Every Bill So They Could Focus on Their Health

When I was going to this provider to get my annual screening because I have a family history of cancer, not having used Impact previously, I was unsure how that experience was really going to go.

The doctor I chose to go to, which is the freedom Impact provides, I get to choose where I get my healthcare from.

I went to a doctor who was unfamiliar with Impact. He had a bad experience with another sharing platform and said he wasn't willing to work with another sharing program.

We worked through that obstacle and connected the doctor with Impact. It was an amazing experience.

In this case, we had to pay up front because we hadn't met our PRA yet. Then my wife had a procedure done two days later, and Impact facilitated sharing for that.

That process opened the eyes of the doctor, who said he had never seen a group work like this to proactively facilitate sharing for my services as soon as our PRA obligations were met.

The level of care was phenomenal.

Over and over again, Impact wants us to stay healthy, but they also want providers to feel comfortable. They're transparent and work with them ahead of time, during the process, and afterward.

When emergencies happen, they're quick to work and respond.

The costs associated with the provider, not including the hospital costs, all the other bills from the hospital were coming in, and the Impact team worked seamlessly with them.

They eliminated the time, stress, energy, and anxiety of us having to deal with managing bills. That's something Impact took over.
