Hi, I'm Carrie Bixel, and I'm from the Ohio Marketplace. My son had a terrible, life-threatening accident about a year ago, and Impact made everything absolutely flawless.

The first thing that happened was that we had to rush him to the hospital. We didn't know which hospital to go to because we were between several options. The nice thing was that we didn't have to make that decision based on our healthcare provider. We were able to choose the hospital we wanted.

When I walked into the hospital, all I had to do was hand them my Impact Health Sharing member card. The phone number was right on the back, and they never asked any questions.

The first hospital bill was paid within 17 days. It was absolutely incredible.

By the way, my son is fine now. Although his condition was life-threatening, he recovered. We did have to transfer him by ambulance to another hospital. That hospital's billing process was difficult, but it had nothing to do with Impact.

Impact came through for me every time. Whenever I called, they knew my name, they knew my son's case, and they knew everything about our situation. They were incredibly personable, and they made the entire experience easy.

For me, it's easy to tell other people about Impact because Impact works. It works.
