  • 1: LOG IN

    Log in to the Member Center and click on MDLive/My TeleHealth on the menu.

  • 2: SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

    You can visit a doctor right away or schedule an appointment – all by phone or video on your computer or mobile device.

    You will be asked to complete some basic medical history before your visit and choose your preferred pharmacy.

     

  • 3: FEEL BETTER

    Get reliable care from board-certified doctors.

    If your provider prescribes a prescription, be sure to use your member card to access your savings. 

VIRTUAL MENTAL HEALTH CARE

Virtual Mental Health Care is eligible for sharing through a teletherapy provider approved by Impact.

Members must pay 100% of the session consultation fee at the time of service.

Consult fees are published, shared, and reimbursed (minus a $75 specialist provider fee) after the member has met their PRA. If the member has not met their PRA, consult fees (minus the $75 Provider Fee) will be credited toward the PRA.

 
 
 
 

Virtual Mental Health Care is eligible for sharing through a teletherapy provider approved by Impact.

Members must pay 100% of the session consult fee at the time of service and may submit proper receipts to Impact for processing via the Medical Expense Form.


Virtual Mental Health is considered a Specialist for provider fee purposes and is subject to the PRA and co-share.

TELEMEDICINE AND SHARING

Ugent Telemedicine is shared on equal footing with all other medical expenses but with a $0 provider fee at the time of service. Telemedicine is subject to all other limitations of health-sharing costs and is not a promise to pay or provide that service by either Impact or its membership. As with all other medical costs and expenses, contribution to Telemedicine remains voluntary.
