Provider Assistance

Thank you

for submitting the Provider Assistance Form

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

During the next 3 business days, Impact will reach out to your provider and educate them on how to add Impact to their electronic billing system. The Impact Care team will make at least 3 attempts over the next 7-10 days, and will provide you with details of the interactions. We will follow up with the outcome and your next steps.

You can expect one of two things to happen.

  • OPTION 1:

YOUR PROVIDER IS UNABLE OR UNWILLING TO ACCEPT IMPACT

While it's unfortunate your provider can't bill Impact directly, this doesn't hinder your care.

Simply register as a self-paying patient. If advance payment is needed, pay first and submit the receipt and bill to Impact via the Bill Submission Tool.

Eligible bills will contribute to your Personal Responsibility Amount (PRA) and co-share, or if your PRA is met, they'll be published for sharing and reimbursed later.

  • OPTION 2:

    YOUR PROVIDER ACCEPTS IMPACT

Great! Your Provider has added Impact to their electronic billing system, and will bill Impact directly. They handle the billing, and Impact coordinates the healthcare costs with them. Your bills must be eligible for sharing, and your PRA must be met before any costs can be shared. The exception here is your annual physical and a $150 lab allowance, which are shared fully, even if you haven't met your PRA.

  • In the end, whether your doctor bills Impact directly or you pay first, your medical needs can be shared through Impact Health Sharing, as long as your costs are eligible for sharing and your PRA is met. Both methods are just different ways to handle payment.
