However, please note that this service is available exclusively to those aged 18 and above and isn't offered in AZ, HI, NJ, NY, and RI.
1. LOG IN TO THE MEMBER CENTER
Find and select My Care Navigation in the left hand menu.
2. CHOOSE YOUR LABS
If you are doing your wellness labs, be sure to choose the Impact Member bundle.

In addition, you can order a wide range of labs outside of these packages that specifically target wellness, allergies, chronic disease, hormones, and much more. Labs without diagnosis codes will not be eligible for sharing.
3. LOCATE YOUR LAB
With your receipt and order in hand, head to the lab. You can easily find nearby labs when selecting your tests in the Member Center.
Upon arrival, remind the lab personnel that your labs are prepaid.
4. SUBMIT FOR SHARING
After your tests, submit your receipt using the Bill Submission Tool found in your Member Center.
- They will be credited towards your annual PRA.
- If the labs fall under your wellness allowance or if your annual PRA and co-share have been met, expect a direct reimbursement.
- With your annual $150 lab allowance during wellness visits, you may be able to offset the cost of your labs, potentially making them free.
Please note that without a corresponding doctor's visit accompanied by the appropriate diagnosis codes, any labs ordered will not apply to your annual PRA and will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Members are free to use the provider or lab of their choice. if you don't use the Lab partner described above, you may not receive the same discount, but your labs follow the same Guidelines for sharing. You'll also use the Bill Submission Tool for reimbursement or to apply eligible labs to your PRA.
