Will my Provider Fee be applied to my Primary Responsibility Amount (PRA)?

The Provider Fee is never applied to your Primary Responsibility Amount (PRA).

Once the medical bill is processed, the Explanation of Sharing (EOS) letter will detail the total amount applied to the PRA, excluding the provider fee.
