What is the Wellness Rewards Program?

Wellness Rewards (formerly the Health and Wholeness Credit) is the exclusive member rewards program of Impact Health Sharing.

The Wellness Rewards program is designed to recognize and incentivize members who actively pursue healthy, wellness-oriented lifestyles.

Here’s How It Works:

When you make healthy lifestyle choices—like joining a gym, visiting a Direct Primary Care provider, or receiving services such as acupuncture or massage therapy—you can submit your receipts to reduce your household’s annual Primary Responsibility Amount (PRA) by up to $150 per month, per household.

To Submit expenses, simply use the new Bill Submission tool in your Member Center and select the "Wellness Rewards" option. (Detailed instructions about bill submission can be found HERE.)

What counts as eligible expenses?

You can reduce your annual PRA through a wide range of health and wellness-related purchases, including:


●    Gym memberships or fitness classes (like yoga, spin, or CrossFit)
●    Fitness subscriptions (such as Peloton, wall pilates, or other workout apps)
●    Direct Primary Care (DPC) memberships
●    Massage therapy sessions
●    Acupuncture treatments
●    Non-medical IV services
●    Naturopathic care and wellness supplements


These are just a few examples—if it supports your wellness journey, it may qualify!

Important Details and Restrictions:

  • Submit receipts within 60 days of purchase/service date.
  • The max amount is $150/month per household toward reducing your annual PRA.
  • Receipts/invoices must clearly indicate the products or services purchased.
  • No carryover of unused amounts.
  • Future-dated purchases not accepted.
  • Items/services related to pre-existing conditions are not eligible.
  • Not available for members on the Impact for Seniors program.
