It is a notice sent to a member detailing the eligibility status of a bill.

An EOS is a notice sent to a member detailing the following:

• The eligibility status of a bill.
• Any discounted amounts.
• The portion of the remaining Charge Amount that has been Shared.
• The remaining amount to be paid by the member.
