What if my provider doesn’t accept or isn’t familiar with Impact?

Remember, there is no network, so no PPO; you can see any provider you'd like.

If a Provider has questions, it’s best for them to call the toll-free number on the back of every member card and follow the provider-specific prompts. From here, an Impact specialist will explain the program in further detail and negotiate if necessary.

You can also print this provider letter and take it with you.

If they still won't bill Impact directly, don't worry! You can still see that provider. Simply ask the Provider for a “cash pay” discounted and pay the Provider at the time of service. Then, you can submit that bill (along with receipts and documentation) from within the Member Center. That expense will be evaluated like any other medical bill.
