When retaking the test first clear your cache because your computer sometimes stores the wrong answer and will populate on the test.
Take these steps to fix that issue.
How do I clear my cache on my computer?
- Open Google Chrome
- Click the menu button ⋮ > More Tools > Clear browsing data
- In the Clear browsing data window, select which time range you want to clear
- Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"
- Click "Clear data"
- You can also press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac) to open menus used to clear your cache, cookies, and history
- To clear your cache using Disk Cleanup, you can press the Windows key, type "Disk Cleanup", and press Enter
You can also clear your cache in Safari by opening the Settings app, selecting Safari, scrolling down, and selecting "Clear History and Website Data".
