What do I do when I need medical care?

Choose your provider, present your Impact Member Card, and pay the Provider Fee at the time of your visit. 

For non-emergency care, consider using Telehealth through Doctegrity. For all other care, choose your provider, present your Impact Member ID Card and pay the provider fee at the time of your visit. 

Provider fees are as follows:

  • $0 (provider fee waived) for Virtual Telehealth through Doctegrity
  • $0 (provider fee waived) for Virtual Short-Term Teletherapy through Doctegrity (See limitations in Section I.C.5)
  • $0 (provider fee waived) for Outpatient Therapy (See limitations in Section I.C.5)
  • $50 for Primary Care
  • $50 for each Allergy Test/Serum Injection
  • $75 for Specialist/Urgent Care
  • $150 for Emergency Room or Inpatient Hospitalization.
