Here’s why:
Medigap plans are insurance products designed to cover the 20% that Medicare doesn’t.
These are regulated by state and federal government and sold by private insurance companies.
Impact is not insurance — it’s a health care sharing ministry, which means we operate outside of traditional insurance structures.
Our Senior Program does provide an affordable, values-based way to share in medical expenses — but it is not classified as a Medigap or Medicare Supplement plan.
Since Impact is not insurance, members are required to submit their Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) for eligible medical needs in order for bills to be shared.
