How long does it take for my bill to get reviewed?
Impact reviews bills in the order in which they are received.
The volume can vary from day to day and the amount of time that it takes to determine eligibility for a bill can also vary. It is Impact’s goal to review bills within 30 days of receipt.
Note: You can monitor your medical bills through the Member Center under "My Medical Bills." Here, you'll have access to review both pending and completed bills for everyone listed under the membership.
