How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, go to the login screen and follow a few simple steps to reset it.

Click the Forgot Password link.
Enter your email address to receive an email to reset your password. Be sure to check your Spam folder if you don't see it right away.
Follow the instructions in the email.
Go back to the Impact website and log in using your new password.
