Is Hospice eligible for sharing?

Hospice care services are Eligible for Sharing under the following conditions:

Hospice care services are eligible for sharing when prescribed by a physician and is subject to a lifetime limit of $15,000 per member once the Primary Responsibility Amount (PRA) has been met and subject to Co-Share.
