Chiropractic care and Therapies are eligible for limited Sharing.
Chiropractic care and Therapies are eligible for limited Sharing, subject to the member's Primary Responsibility Amount (PRA) and Co-Share. See Guidelines Section III. D. for details. There is no provider fee at the time of service.
The following are limited to 50 visits per member per membership year regardless of the type of therapy, provided it is included in the list below. (Subject to PRA)
- Chiropractic adjustment
- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Speech therapy
- Vision therapy
- Respiratory therapy
- Cardiac rehabilitation
