Are specialists' visits included in my Membership?

Yes, specialists' visits may be eligible for sharing (pre-existing and sharing limits apply). See Impact Guidelines Section III. B. for more details. The Provider Fee for specialists is $75 per visit. Since Impact does not use a Provider Network, you can go to your specialist of choice.
