To be a member of Impact, you must have one of the following statuses:
The following individual(s) can join Impact Health Sharing.
• Those who possess a U.S issued Social Security number and a valid Identification Card issued by the U.S.
• Those who possess an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) and also have a
government-issued Identification Card issued by Mexico, Canada, Guatemala, and/or the
United States
Diagnosis and treatment must be performed in the U.S. to be eligible for sharing, except in
emergencies.
