What is the Wellness Concierge service?
How does the Wellness Concierge service work for my annual wellness visit?
Wellness Concierge is a complimentary, optional service from Impact Health Sharing that provides a seamless experience for your annual wellness visit—shared at 100% by the Impact community.
Once a member schedules their eligible annual wellness visit, the Wellness Concierge service arranges payment by contacting your provider ahead of time. Impact will either:
- Coordinate for the provider to bill Impact directly, or
- Prepay the visit on your behalf if the provider does not choose to submit directly to Impact.
You’ll be notified once billing is arranged, ensuring a smooth experience at your appointment.
Do I need to use the Wellness Concierge service?
No. If your provider is familiar with Impact Health Sharing and has previously billed Impact directly, you don’t need to use the Wellness Concierge service—just bring your Impact Member Card to your appointment.
However, you’re still welcome to use the Concierge service if you’d like added support or want to confirm billing has been arranged in advance.
How do I request the Concierge service?
- Schedule your appointment with a licensed provider.
- Submit the Wellness Concierge Request Form at least 5 business days before your appointment date.
- Impact will contact your provider to coordinate billing.
- You’ll receive confirmation once billing is arranged.
