Is there an option for groups?
Impact for Groups enables employers, and their employees, to take advantage of Impact Health Sharing through a group billing solution.
We understand how difficult it is for small organizations and business owners to find affordable options that provide employees access to quality healthcare, and we are here to help.
Impact Health Sharing can be offered to your employees, but it's important to note that Impact is a Healthcare Sharing organization, not an insurance company. As such, it does not meet the requirement for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) as defined by the ACA for employers with 50 or more employees.
For employers with fewer than 50 employees, you can certainly offer Impact Health Sharing to provide your employees with access to quality health care. For employers with 50 or more employees, you would need to offer a MEC insurance plan but can still offer Impact Health Sharing alongside it for additional benefits.

Group enrollments are limited to groups of 49 or fewer individual members. The administrative fee for group enrollment is $10 per household per month with a minimum of $40 per month. These fees generally cover the operational costs of running Impact and are separate from the program fees, which support the sharing program's services.
