How do I get reimbursed for payment of a bill?

In the event you pay an expense that you would like evaluated for eligibility toward your PRA, members can submit the expense to Impact using the appropriate forms.

Members can download and submit a Medical Expense Form (this is the most common), an Adoption Expense Form, or an Out-of-Country Medical Expense Form to go with the supporting documentation.

Each form has specific instructions on the additional items members must include. If all of the required items are not included with the form, Impact cannot begin the eligibility process until all of the required items are submitted. Once processing has begun, members can log in to the Member Center and track the progression of their Eligible Medical Bill.

If you prefer to submit the Medical Expense Form and supporting documents electronically, please do so within the Member Center's ShareStream by uploading a Reimbursement Request. When the Impact team receives the form, we will print it and mail it to the address above for you.
