How do I get reimbursed for payment of a bill?

In the event you pay an expense that you would like evaluated for eligibility toward your PRA, members can submit the expense to Impact using the appropriate forms.

You must submit a Medical Expense Form electronically. You can fill it out and submit it online HERE.

The Adoption Expense Form and the Out-of-Country Medical Expense Form are only available to download and found HERE

Each form has specific instructions on the additional items members must include. If all of the required items are not included with the form, Impact cannot begin the eligibility process until all of the required items are submitted. Once processing has begun, members can log in to the Member Center and track the progression of their Eligible Medical Bill.
