Eligibility of medical bills is determined by trained Impact representatives.
Representatives who are trained to apply the Impact Guidelines with information regarding medical and lifestyle history, determine the eligibility of medical bills.
Additionally, any changes to the Guidelines can be made by a majority vote of the Board of Directors. Notification to the membership of the changes will be made, and all changes will be available on our website for 24 months from the date of the change.
