What happens if there are not enough funds to pay approved bills?

All of the funds used to pay eligible medical expenses come from Monthly Share Amounts paid by other Impact members. If the total available Share dollars is less than the eligible bills, Impact will delay making a payment until the right amount is available. Impact staff will facilitate the payment of eligible bills based upon the order it was received and will never use a type of proration.
