Is there a Provider Fee for Virtual Care?

Virtual Care visits conducted through Impact’s approved provider, Doctegiry, have a $0 provider fee at the time of service.

This includes:

• Unlimited 24/7 Telehealth visits for non-emergency medical needs

• Short-Term Teletherapy, which provides each member with three free sessions per month

Additional teletherapy sessions beyond the three included visits are available at a discounted self-pay rate directly through the provider.

Virtual Care is subject to all other limitations of healthcare sharing and does not represent a promise to pay or provide services by Impact or its membership. As with all eligible medical costs, participation in sharing remains voluntary.
