Understanding Your Pricing

Annual Household Primary Responsibility Amount (PRA):

The total your household pays each year toward eligible medical bills before additional expenses become eligible for sharing with the member community. Choose from four options to find the level that best fits your needs and budget.

Co-Share:

After your annual PRA is met, eligible medical bills are shared by the community at 90%. You’re responsible for the remaining 10%, called your co-share, up to a maximum of $5,000 per household each year.

Your Monthly Share Amount May Increase Under the Following Circumstances:

BMI Assessment

If anyone on your program qualifies, an additional $125 will be added to your Monthly Share.

Tobacco or Vaping Use

Members who use tobacco or vape will pay a $50 monthly Tobacco Assessment fee.

Impact is a non-profit organization, rooted in Christian values, and guided by the principle of ‘love thy neighbor,’ and therefore, we welcome all who share a belief in community and helping others, regardless of religion or creed. To enroll, you must agree to our Guidelines and our Shared Beliefs and Ethics.
