At age 65, members must enroll in Impact's Senior Program, which works alongside Medicare Parts A & B. You may apply up to 60 DAYS BEFORE YOUR 65th birthday to help align the start of your Senior Program membership with Medicare.

+What is the Annual PRA?
What is the Co-Share?
Once your annual PRA is met, eligible medical bills are shared by the community at 90%. You pay the remaining 10%, called your co-share, up to a maximum of $5,000 per household each year.
What could potentially change my monthly costs?
Tobacco or vaping use. Members who use tobacco or vape pay a $50 monthly Tobacco Assessment.
BMI assessment. If anyone on your program qualifies, an additional $125 will be added to your Monthly Share.
Both are confirmed during enrollment, so your final Monthly Share may differ from the amount shown here.
How does the sharing work?
Impact is a nonprofit healthcare sharing community, not insurance. Members contribute a Monthly Share, and the community shares eligible medical bills together.
Not every medical expense is eligible for sharing. The Guidelines explain how sharing works and what's eligible. To enroll, you'll agree to the Guidelines and the Shared Beliefs and Ethics, so it's worth reading them first. Read the Guidelines
